At Chronus, we value continuous learning as the surest way to personal and professional growth. With summer upon us, it’s a great time to read up on books, authors and topics we might not have had time for during the bulk of the year.
That’s why during the month of August, we’re giving a book away every week from authors and thought leaders we at Chronus learn from all year long. These books hit on powerful topics that can improve your organization’s culture and mentoring initiatives.

Zachary) – Written for anyone who wants to embed mentoring within their organization, Creating a Mentoring Culture is filled with step-by-step guidance, practical advice, engaging stories, and a wealth of reproducible forms and tools.

August 18 – Athena Rising: How and Why Men Should Mentor Women (W. Brad Johnson & David Smith) – Evidence shows that women face more barriers in securing mentorships than men. This book is a straightforward, no-nonsense manual for helping men of all institutions to become excellent mentors to women.
August 25 – The Future Workplace Experience: 10 Rules For Mastering Disruption in Recruiting and Engaging Employees (Jeanne C. Meister & Kevin Mulcahy) – In a business landscape rocked by constant change, companies like Airbnb, Google, and Microsoft are reinventing the future of work. They’re agile and customer-focused.
